Excel Client File Upload System
If you need to transfer files to us, please use the form below. Click browse, select the file you want to send us (maximum file size is 100Mb, and most file types are allowed). Press Upload, and wait for the progress bar to complete, and the confirmation page to appear.
It helps us if you then send an email with the file name to whoever you have been dealing with, so we can link uploaded files to clients.
Files to be uploaded must not have spaces in the file name. We have had some reports of problems with using Safari for large file uploads - if you encounter problems, please try again with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
If you're sending multiple files, you can zip them on your own computer to reduce upload time.
Suitable Files
Advertisements can be supplied as hi-res press-ready PDF files, QuarkXpress, InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator files, with relevant fonts and image files (EPS, Tiff or JPEG format), at 300dpi.
We cannot use Powerpoint, Corel Draw, Publisher or Word files, and we can't use PDF or DTP files saved at lower resolutions.
If you are sending text, emailing it directly to the person you have been dealing with is generally the best option, rather than uploading files on this page.
